In 1986 the Service d’Aide began its presence on Les Prairies de la Mer with classic caravans with awnings, accessible to customers in a wheelchair.

In 2003 we replaced them with more spacious mobile homes with a wooden terrace and access ramps.

2024 is a new step, we are installing five brand new lodges and we are keeping five of the current mobile homes.

Both types of accommodations are designed and built for disabled people.

Inside there are few fixed pieces of furnitures, which makes it easier to access and maneuver with a wheelchair and it allows also to arrange the space according the needs.

What are the differences between the two?

The lodges are equipped with a accessible bathroom with shower inside the accommodation. The mobile home has a toilet and sink; the resort’s toilet block has two fully equipped shower units.
